CRYPTOZOOLOGY - IS A PSEUDOSCIENCE THAT AIMS TO PROVE THE EXISTENCE OF UNKNOWN CREATURES BASED OFF OF FOLKLORE AND OR EYEWITNESS TESTIMONY AS WELL AS CREATURES THOUGHT TO BE EXTINCT.  ALTHOUGH NOT RECOGNIZED IN THE MAINSTREAM SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY MANY RECENT DISCOVERIES HAVE FORCED SOME MAINSTREAM SCIENTISTS TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK INTO THE POSSIBILITIES THAT SOME OF THESE CREATURES AND ENTITIES MAY IN FACT EXIST.  THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF SOME OF THE MOST TALKED ABOUT CRYPTIDS, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE MANY HUNDREDS MORE.

BATSQUATCH- ​​​​​​​​​THIS CREATURE IS SAID TO STAND 9 FEET TALL ,IT HAS A WOLF LIKE FACE WITH YELLOWISH EYES, COVERED WITH A BLUEISH GRAY HAIR, IT SPORTS IN SOME REPORTS UP TO A 50 FOOT WINGSPAN THAT RESEMBLE A BAT. IT ALSO IS SAID TO HAVE BIRD LIKE FEET AND VERY SHARP LOOKING TEETH. IT IS SAID THAT IT'S PRESENCE MAY AFFECT CAR ENGINES.
BIGFOOT-  Variations of this creature are reported all over the world. The General Descriptions are very Similar in nature. It is said to be very large standing anywhere from 8 to 10 feet tall. The colors reported are black, red, brown, grey and white. It is widely believed to be a descended from  Gigantopithecus a now extinct giant ape. There are literally tens of thousands of eyewitness reports from around the globe of people from all walks of life encountering this legendary beast. There are many given names to basically the same creature depending on where in the world you live.  Yeti, Sasquatch, Skunk Ape, Yeren, Yowie, Just to name a few.
CHAMP - Is a reported lake monster that lives in  lake Champlain, one of the great lakes in North America.  Although there is no scientific evidence to support that Champ actually is real there have been over 300 reported sightings of the creature over the years.  
CHUPACABRA- First reported sightings of these creatures originated in the mid 90's in Puerto Rico. The name literally translates to Goat Sucker. This creature is said to suck it's victims completely dry of blood. It has dog like appearance and often appears to lack hair or be of a mangy description. The descriptions vary based on the geographical area of the reports. It also is said to be greyish in color and have strange spikes  along it's back in some descriptions.
JERSEY DEVIL- This creature is said to dwell almost exclusively in the PineBarrens in Southern New Jersey.  It is described as having Hooves, bat like wings, and a head that resembles a goat. It is said that it lets out a blood curdling scream.  Although there are many varying descriptions of what it looks like and what it actually is. There are also several different legends associated with the creature as to how it came to be and what it is doing.
DOGMAN- Is basically the classic Werewolf creature, a man that turns into a wolf that
stalks humans as prey. It is said that in order to become a dogman one must be bitten or
scratched by one and survive and the victim is doomed to transform into a part man part
wolf creature on nights with a full moon. Reports of these creatures go far back in history
and encounters have been reported all over the world for centuries.​​​​
DOVER DEMON- First reported in 1977 by several witnesses in Dover Mass. The creature was said to have glowing eyes and tendril type fingers.  One of the Witnesses said he would swear on a stack of bibles as to what he saw.
GOATMAN- Reports of this strange half man half goat seem to stem from several different states in the U.S. and One in England. One of the legends from Maryland says that Goat man was the result of scientist that was doing experiments with goats that went wrong. Another from Texas says that a half man , half goat creature known as the lake worth monster terrorized folks near the lake. people were reportedly even attacked by the creature in this area. Still yet another story from Kentucky says that this creature uses some sort of hypnosis and or voice mimicry to lure unsuspecting victims onto a certain train trestle to their doom.  
MOTHMAN-  This legendary creature has been reported all over the world and is said to be the harbinger of disaster, most of it's  notoriety stems from sightings that occurred in the 1960's in Point Pleasant , W.V.  A mass wave of sightings that stemmed for years that culminated in the Silver Bridge collapse that killed 46 people. After the bridge collapse the sightings seemed to dwindle in number but never the less  were still being reported well into the 1970's and a few have been reported in the area in recent years.  Many other strange sightings of lights in the sky , unknown craft, men in black were also reported during the this time.
